Raskin: Trump has to get congressional approval for Qatar jet

President Trump has raised all manner of legal, ethical, political and constitutional issues by accepting a $400 million jumbo jet from Qatar’s royal family to serve as a new Air Force One for the rest of his time in the White House – and perhaps for his personal use afterwards.
