Teenage girl's motive in Wisconsin school shooting still unexplained

I do not know if she planned it that day or if she planned it a week prior,

I didn’t know if I was going to live or not because you don’t know who (the shooter) is. You don’t know what they’re capable of. I didn’t know if it was someone from our school or not,

Identifying a motive is our top priority, but at this time it appears that the motive was a combination of factors,

I was sitting in a restaurant in Nashville on Monday morning, and I looked at a news headline and it said, ‘There have been shootings at Abundant Life Christian school,’

She died a broken girl. She died unheard, and she found solace in a bunch of people who didn’t promote goodness,

I think it’s going to be a little bit of time as they reflect back on what happened.”

Wisconsin State Assemblyperson Jerry O’Connor, whose great-niece and nephew go to Abundant Life, said

She was also very friendly and communicative,

Our laws in Wisconsin are far too lax when it comes to access of guns by children,

We've been trying to be as transparent as possible to give as much information as we can during the critical phase of this incident,

She really loved her kids, and she really, really loved everyone at our school, and she would have done anything for them,

Every child, every person in that building is a victim and will be a victim forever. We need to figure out and try to piece together what exactly happened,

It is absolutely none of yalls business who was harmed in this incident,

The teacher died protecting her class. Many more lives could have been taken. She (Rupnow) sent off multiple rounds,

Statistically, it is very rare that a school shooter is female,

From Newtown to Uvalde, Parkland to Madison, to so many other shootings that don’t receive attention – it is unacceptable that we are unable to protect our children from this scourge of gun violence,
